  • Large Pot to boil noodles
  • Non-stick Pan
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Strainer or tongs


  • 2 servings noodles or pasta of choice (I used spaghetti)
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter divided
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced, optional - add more or less if you want!
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional


  • Start making your vegan butter noodles by taking a large pot, and bringing plenty of water to a boil and cook your noodles / pasta according to instructions.
  • Heat around 2 tbsp of vegan butter on a non-stick pan on medium high heat and add in minced garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Once pasta is cooked al dente, save around 1/2 cup of the pasta water and add the pasta into the pan.
  • Add the rest of the vegan butter, a pinch of crushed chili flakes (optional) a splash of the pasta water and salt. Add in garlic powder if you want this extra garlicky.
  • Feel free to add any other ingredients to your Vegan Butter Pasta like plant-based protein as well as top your noodles with fresh parsley, crushed chili flakes and/or vegan parmesan.
