  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Frying Pan

  • 3/4 cup vegan kimchi chopped, add more if desired
  • 1 tbsp Oil for frying pan
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1/4 block Tofu extra-firm
  • 1/4 Onion diced
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce add more if desired
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds optional
  • 1-2 Green Onions chopped, optional

  • Start by heating oil on medium-high heat in a large non-stick pan.  If you don’t have leftover cooked rice, make sure you have cooked rice first.
  • On one side of the pan, crumble up some extra-firm tofu. On the other side, add diced onion and vegan kimchi. Sauté separately for a couple of minutes until the tofu starts to get golden. Add soy sauce onto the tofu and mix.
  • Next, add in mixed vegetables, cooked rice, and garlic powder and mix everything on the pan together and cook for another couple of minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and mix in toasted sesame oil. Give it a taste to see if you need to add more soy sauce or kimchi. Optionally, top your vegan kimchi fried rice with sesame seeds and green onions.
