- 2 cups Coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari if gluten-free
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until coconut flakes have been well-coated.
Line a baking sheet with non-stick or reusable baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Allow to cool for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
