Holiday season means indulgence! And indulgence means dessert! This dessert is literally a combination of some of my favourite things… peanut butter, chocolate and cheesecake! It’s also a lot healthier than most standard desserts (of course, it’s still probably not very low in calories, but we’re allowed to indulge once in a while… right?).

Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Cups Recipe:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup raw walnuts

- 1.5 cups soaked raw cashews
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup regular coconut milk (not light)
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)
