Healthy Gut Recipes (What I Eat in a Day #vegan)

Having issues with digestion? You might want to think about what foods you’re actually eating… I know it sounds crazy *ahem*, but the foods we eat can really impact our digestive system either negatively or positively.

If you’re having digestive problems, it might be a good idea to add some probiotics into your diet. Probiotics are live and healthy bacteria that are good for our overall wellness, especially our digestive system.

Healthy Gut Recipes Ingredients (watch video above):

Miso Soup:

  • Around 2 cups water
  • 1-2 tbsp dry wakame
  • 1/2 tsp kelp powder
  • 2-3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 package soft tofu, cut into small cubes


Salad Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp ACV
  • nutritional yeast (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Lentil Fried Rice (didn’t measure…):

  • Left over lentils & rice
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • soy sauce
  • ginger
  • onion powder
  • served with kimchi
